Terms of Service

By using our website and placing an order with Farmers Fuel Coffee Co., you agree to these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy.

Order Processing & Shipping

All coffee is roasted fresh to order and hand-packed for maximum freshness.
Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days, depending on roasting volume and availability.
We do not roast or ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We ship within the United States and Canada using USPS and UPS.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International customers (including Canada) are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Farmers Fuel Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Replacements

Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns.

If an issue occurs:

  • If the error is on your end (wrong grind, wrong address, etc.):
    Please place a new order with corrected information and email us—your replacement order will be prioritized.

  • If the error is on our end:
    We will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping.

  • If responsibility is shared (carrier delays, package theft, etc.):
    We may offer a shared-cost solution. Typically, you cover shipping and we will cover up to $25 of coffee value.

Do not return coffee to us; returned items must be discarded and cannot be resold.

Apparel & Merchandise

Apparel and merchandise items may be fulfilled by third-party partners and can ship separately from coffee.

These items are processed automatically once submitted.
Because of this, orders for apparel or merchandise cannot be changed or canceled after checkout.

Website Use

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to interfere with site security or operation

  • Misuse forms, systems, or communication tools on the website

Farmers Fuel Coffee Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, services, or product availability at any time without notice.

We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order.
Your data is used strictly for order fulfillment, communication, and customer service.
