Coffee Orders

  • Our Mistake:
    If we mess up (wrong grind, label, or order), we’ll fix it fast — and cover the full cost. No questions asked.

  • Your Mistake:
    Entered the wrong info (like shipping address or grind)? Just place a new order and we’ll prioritize it to get it out quickly.

  • Shipping Issues:
    Lost, delayed, or stolen packages? If it wasn’t your fault or ours, we’ll still take care of you. Send us the details — we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you (we’ll cover the coffee up to $25, you cover shipping if needed).

  • No Returns Needed:
    We don’t accept returns on coffee. It’s fresh, perishable, and for safety reasons, cannot be resold once shipped.

Apparel & Merchandise

All merch and apparel is made-to-order. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or misprinted.

  • If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved claims will be remade and shipped at no cost.

Please double-check sizes and details before ordering, as all apparel is printed just for you.
