Is your coffee tested for mold?

Our coffee is roasted the same day it ships and follows strict specialty coffee standards. It's stored, processed, and packaged under conditions that prevent mold growth. Everything is handled in compliance with FDA guidelines to ensure safety and freshness.

How fresh is your coffee?

Extremely fresh. Our coffee roasted to order and is shipped the next day to allow for degassing to lock in optimal flavor.

Do you offer a subscription?

Yes! Just choose “Subscribe & Save” at checkout. You’ll save 20% per order through the subscription. You can select deliveries every 15, 30, or 45 days—and modify or cancel anytime.

Why should I subscribe?

Subscribing means never running out of farm-strong fuel. You’ll save money, skip reordering, and always have coffee when you need it. Plus, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime — no hassle.

What’s your refund policy?

If we make a mistake with your order, we’ll fix it fast and cover all costs. If there’s a shipping issue outside either of our control, we’ll still take care of you—up to $25 worth of coffee (you cover shipping if needed). Coffee can’t be returned due to safety and freshness concerns.

Can I return apparel or merch?

Only if it arrives damaged or misprinted. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Since items are made-to-order, we can’t accept other returns or exchanges.

How long does shipping take?

All coffee is roasted fresh to order. Orders placed after 4PM (Central) are roasted the next business day, then rested overnight for degassing. We ship the following day using the carrier you select at checkout.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: typically 1–5 business days, depending on location.

  • UPS Options (Ground, 2nd Day, etc.): delivery times vary based on the service you choose.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What makes your coffee different?

Our coffee is roast-to-order, shipped at peak freshness, and backed by quality control that meets FDA and specialty coffee standards. We also give back—every purchase supports family farms through our partnership with Farm Rescue.

What is Farm Rescue and how does my purchase help?

Farm Rescue helps family farms recover from disasters like illness, injury, or severe weather. A portion of every Farmers Fuel purchase goes directly to supporting their mission.

Can I cancel or change my order?

All of our coffee is roasted fresh to order, which means production often begins shortly after your order is placed. Because of this, orders can only be canceled before roasting begins. Once roasting or packing has started, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Do you accept returns on coffee?

No. Because coffee is perishable and can’t be resold, we do not accept returns. We’ll always make it right if the issue is on our end.
