Is your coffee tested for mold?
Our coffee follows strict specialty coffee standards from sourcing through roasting and packaging. Beans are stored, handled, and processed in conditions designed to prevent mold growth, and everything is done in compliance with FDA food safety guidelines.
How fresh is your coffee?
All Farmers Fuel coffee is roasted fresh to order. We focus on small-batch roasting and proper resting time to ensure each bag reaches you at peak quality and flavor.
Do you offer a subscription?
Yes. Just choose “Subscribe & Save” at checkout to receive recurring deliveries and save 20% per order. You can choose your delivery frequency and manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Why should I subscribe?
Subscribing makes it easy to keep fresh coffee on hand without reordering each time. You save money, stay stocked, and keep full control over your deliveries.
What’s your refund policy?
If we make a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right. If an issue occurs during shipping that’s outside of either party’s control, we’ll work with you on a fair solution. Coffee cannot be returned due to safety and freshness standards.
Can I return apparel or merch?
Apparel or merchandise may be replaced if it arrives damaged or misprinted. Please email us photos within 7 days of delivery so we can take care of it. Because items are made to order, we can’t accept other returns or exchanges.
How does shipping work?
All coffee is roasted fresh to order and allowed to rest before shipping. Processing and shipping times may vary based on order volume, roast schedule, carrier selection, and location.

What makes your coffee different?
We focus on roast-to-order quality, consistent sourcing, and careful handling from green coffee to final bag. Every purchase also supports family farms through our partnership with Farm Rescue.
What is Farm Rescue and how does my purchase help?
Farm Rescue provides support to family farms facing hardships such as illness, injury, or severe weather. A portion of every Farmers Fuel purchase goes toward helping keep those farms running.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because coffee is roasted fresh to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Orders can only be changed or canceled before roasting begins. Once roasting or packing has started, changes are no longer possible.
Do you accept returns on coffee?
No. Coffee is perishable and cannot be returned. If there’s an issue with your order that’s on our end, we’ll always work to make it right.
