Which roast should I pick?

How fresh is your coffee?

Every bag is roasted to order in small batches and ships within 1–2 business days. For peak flavor, drink it within 30 days of the roast date — though a sealed bag holds up well past that.

What sizes do you offer?

12 oz, 2 lb, and 5 lb bulk bags. Most folks start with 12 oz; the 2 lb and 5 lb sizes are great for heavy drinkers, the shop, or anyone supplying a crew.

Do you have decaf?

Yep. Unleaded Decaf is our sugarcane-process medium decaf — smooth, naturally sweet, no chemicals. Flavor without the buzz.

Do you have flavored coffee?

French Vanilla is the first roast in our Rescue Roast line — same beans as Bronco Bold with smooth French vanilla flavoring layered in. More Rescue Roast flavors are on the way.

Whole bean or pre-ground?

We offer both. Whole bean stays freshest longest — if you've got a grinder, that's the move. Pre-ground is convenient and still tastes great.

Is your coffee mold-tested?

Our coffee follows specialty-grade standards from sourcing through roasting and packaging. Beans are stored, handled, and processed in conditions built to prevent mold growth, and everything's done in compliance with FDA food safety guidelines.

02 Subscriptions
How does the Fuel Plan subscription work?

Pick your roast, choose how often you want it shipped (every 15, 30, or 45 days), and we'll send fresh coffee on schedule. Pause, skip, or cancel any time.

How much do I save with a subscription?

20% off every order, automatically. The exact dollar amount depends on bag size and how often you get shipments — the calculator on our subscription page will run the math for you.

Can I cancel or skip anytime?

Yes. No contract, no commitment. Cancel from your account whenever, and skipping a shipment is a one-click thing.

Can I change my roast or bag size?

Anytime. Swap roasts, change sizes, or switch delivery frequency — all from your subscription account page.

When do I get charged?

You're billed the day before each shipment goes out. You'll always get an email a few days ahead so you have time to make changes or skip the order.

Do subscribers get other perks?

First dibs on new releases — including upcoming Rescue Roast flavors — and every shipment still chips in for Farm Rescue just like a regular order.

03 Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after roasting and arrive in 3–7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order goes out.

  • UPS Services — delivery speed depends on the option you pick at checkout
How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking email automatically when your order ships. You can also paste your UPS or USPS tracking number into the chat icon at the bottom right of any page and we'll send you straight to the carrier's tracking page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every bag is roasted to order, production may start shortly after you check out. Orders can be changed or canceled before roasting begins — once roasting or packing starts, we can't change them. Send us an email right away if you need to make a change.

Where do you ship?

Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet — if that's something you'd like to see, drop us a note and let us know where you are.

04 Returns & Refunds
Can I return coffee?

Coffee is perishable, so we can't accept returns. If there's an issue with your order on our end — wrong roast, damaged bag, anything — we'll make it right. Just email us.

What's your refund policy?

If we made the mistake, we fix it. If something happened in shipping that's outside of our hands, we'll work with you on a fair solution. Most issues get sorted out in one email exchange.

What about apparel and merch?

Most apparel is made to order, so we can't accept returns or size exchanges. But if your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it.

05 About Farmers Fuel
What's Farm Rescue and how does my order help?

Farm Rescue is a nonprofit that steps in when a family farm gets knocked down by illness, injury, or weather. They show up with volunteers and equipment and finish the planting or harvest — at no cost to the family.

A portion of every bag of Farmers Fuel goes to support them. Together with our customers, we've donated over $2,000 in coffee and dollars so far — and we're just getting started.

What makes Farmers Fuel different?

We're a family-run coffee company based on our actual farm in southern Minnesota. Not farm-inspired — the farm. Every bag is small-batch roasted, shipped fresh, and chips in for Farm Rescue. We started this to build something real that ties coffee, farming, and giving back together.

Where are you located?

Hartland, Minnesota. Southern part of the state, deep in farm country. Coffee gets roasted right here on the farm.
